This is the F28C model. Enstrom’s piston-powered helicopters are the only turbo-charged helicopters produced in the world today. This 3 seater helicopter is an excellent performer in hot and high condition, and maintains sea level performance to 12,000 feet, out-performing all piston competitors. It features the roomiest 3 person cockpit in its class with large wide-opening doors. This model has a stirling reputation for safety, reliability and versatility making it popular for crop spraying, game work, fire fighting, security, law enforcement, utility, flight training, charter work and leisure.

This helicopter is in immaculate condition, has all new rotating parts, a new engine, new frame, new tail, new gearbox and extra avionics and has been totally refurbished. The avionics on ZS RBW include an EDM800 (Engine Data Monitoring) and Garmin GPS. This helicopter also boasts low direct operating costs – it has only 9 life-limited parts. The three-bladed high-inertia rotor system make for a very stable, smooth and safe ride. This is the Enstrom 480B single engine turbine helicopter. This 5 seater helicopter is a demo model with only 70 hours Total Time and is in pristine condition – she is as new and must be seen! The helicopter is powered by a Rolls Royce Allison 250-C20W engine and combines outstanding performance with a very spacious, and flexible, cabin – offering more room and more visibility than its competitors. The three-bladed high-inertia rotor system provides for an exceptionally stable, safe, quiet and durable machine. The 480B’s acquisition and direct operating costs are significantly lower than, and compare most favourably against, its competitors. This helicopter, too, has only 9 life-limited parts and does not need to be totally rebuilt after 2200 hours (at a cost of approximately 50% of the original purchase price) like some of our competitors. The main blades have a life of 96,000 hours! This turbine machine is safe, stable, powerful, economical and versatile and is suitable for a wide range of applications including personal transport, law enforcement, flight training, game capture and darting, agricultural work, crop spraying, fire fighting, utility, charter work, and aerial photography/surveillance amongst others.
